Dr Mona Al Moussli is a Regulatory Affairs Consultant who co-founded Professional Regulatory Affairs (PRA), a leading healthcare regulatory consultancy in the Middle East since 2013. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Dubai Pharmacy College and an MBA from Preston university. She has received her International Regulatory Affairs Master’s degree from KREMS University – Vienna. She is the first initiator of regulatory affairs course in the gulf region, working closely with Dubai pharmacy college. She see the value of health care product regulation in everyday life and as a leading regional innovator, she goes above and beyond the industry norms despite being a market leader.
Together with her PRA team she continuously delivers high quality standards to meet the fast paced, high turn-over industry. Regulatory conferences and trainings are among the many other activities she manages, and she is working on pushing the Pharma Regulation in to new levels.
Ayah holds Master of Pharmacy, University College London (UCL) in 2008 and a post graduate diploma in Clinical Pharmacy from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. She is also a licensed active member of the General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain. Ayah has extensive trainings and certificates in pharmacovigilance, pharmacoepidemiology, medical compliance and quality assurance.
She has 8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Ayah has diversified hands on experience in the domain of Drug Safety in Middle East & Africa across sectors of Pharma, Vaccines, HIV and Consumer Healthcare. Ayah’s works closely with key stakeholders in Regulatory Arena along with representing Pharmacovigilance in relevant industrial associations and forums. She has been appointed as the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPV) in Gulf States.
Ayah’s main key areas of expertise are, Regulatory-Industry cross collaboration, Risk Minimisation Measures application and effectiveness monitoring, Training and Development, PSMF localisation and local maintenance and end-to-end Partner safety exchange management.
Osama Tabbara is the Founder & President of the IVPN-Network. He was also the Founder and Executive Director of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi Pharmacy x 10 years, the Director of Pharmacy of King Fahad Medical City x 4 years, and head of Alrahba & Mafraq hospital Pharmacies x 3 years.
Osama also served at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center, Riyadh for 11 years as Clinical Pharmacist and Supervisor of the TPN Team and IV Room.
Osama Tabbara is a Graduate of King Saud University in 1984, completed his EMBA in 2014. He is Board Certified in Nutrition Support. Osama has 9 publications; he was a speaker in more than 120 symposia in topics related to leadership, Quality Management, Parenteral Nutrition, IV therapy and Pharmacy Practice.
Dr Mohammad Ghattas got his pharmacy degree in 2006 when he was 20 years old, and five years later he got his PhD from The University of Manchester. He pursued his academic career in Al Ain University where he got promoted several times to finally become in charge of the college of pharmacy – Abu Dhabi Campus. Beside his academic career, Dr Ghattas has a strong interest and great passion for continues self-development, not only at the professional level but also at the personal and humanitarian levels. Dr Ghattas is famously known among his students for his helpful tips and motivational advice for better university life and future career.
Dr. Saeed Abdulla is a clinical pharmacist at Zayed Military Hospital with more than nineteen years of experience in both outpatient and inpatient setting. He has graduated from the faculty of pharmacy and obtained his master’s in clinical pharmacy Ajman University, and another master’s in public administration from Mohamed Bin Rashid School of government. He holds the American boards in 1) Oncology 2) Pharmacotherapy 3) intensive care board 4) infectious disease and he is an Antimicrobial Stewardship enthusiast and PhD researcher at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University.

Seddik has 15 years of total experience in the healthcare sector. He has been with Pfizer for over 15 years in various positions and diversified therapeutic areas.
